Text Message Terms

Keen Decorative Concrete LLC sends text messages about estimates and jobs to customers who ask for them. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You start getting texts from us in one of three ways:

• You tick the text-message consent box on a form on this website;
• You text one of our business numbers first;
• You tell us on the phone or in person that we can text you, and we note it on your job.

The consent box on our forms is never pre-checked, and you can request a quote, get an estimate and have the work done without ever ticking it. If you'd rather we called, say so — we will.

• Confirming we got your request;
• Setting up or confirming a time to come measure;
• Letting you know the crew is on the way or running late;
• Sending your quote or invoice, or telling you it's ready;
• Following up after the job — including asking how it went.

These are messages about your project. We don't run a mass marketing text blast.

Message frequency varies with your project — a handful of messages around scheduling and the pour, then quiet. There is no set number per month.

Reply STOP to any message from us and we'll stop texting that number. You get one confirmation message and then nothing further. You can also just call 361-420-7726 and tell us.

Opting out of texts does not cancel your job or your quote — we'll just reach you another way.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed — if something is time-sensitive and you haven't heard from us, call.

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your number goes to our scheduling software and our texting provider so the messages can actually be sent, and nowhere else. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Separately from texting: calls to and from our business lines may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
