How to play
- Pick a month and a start time. Hotter months make the slab set faster; an early start gives you the most time.
- The concrete truck pulls up and the "Slab setting" bar starts to fill.
- Work the four tools in order: Screed, Float, Release, Stamp. Hold the glowing tool, or tap it fast. Keys 1 to 4 work too.
- Grab the wrong tool and you lose a little time. Finish all four before the bar fills to win the level.
- Beat all 5 levels. August pays triple points. Turn on Easy pace if you want more time (points are halved).
Plays with touch, mouse or keyboard, and needs no sound. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose to add 3 initials to the weekly board — no names, no emails, no account.
In real life, timing is the whole job
Stamping is a same-day, all-hands step: the concrete goes down, gets colored, then stamped by hand while it is still green. That's the part this game is about — and the part our crew does every week around the Coastal Bend.
