Here’s my personal experience and review with Keen Decorative Concrete. If you want great service, communication, design skills capabilities, and workmanship, I highly recommend them. It’s hard sometimes to find a company/individual that takes responsibility for quality of their products, guaranteeing they work as advertised and making sure that the customer expectations have been met. They definitely did that for me.
I chose Keen Concrete because a friend had work done and said they were fantastic. Looked at reviews and reviews were very good. I had my old pool deck and patio demoed and repoured. Now their demo team was a little disappointing because of the extreme mess they made. Just inquire heavily about the plan they have so that you understand who is responsible for what as I had to clean the jackhammered rock out of my pool. Now that being said, Jeff in the end made everything right and the final product of the pool deck and patio was better than I expected. We are extremely happy with the final product! I would recommend these guys regardless of some of the issues we had at the start of the project!
They have payment plan options with no interest! The guys are super responsive and respectful. They asked permission to park on driveway. They asked permission to go on the property. The kept me in the loop for progress. They did what I requested as far as filling a wood split/chip with wood filler and sanding it. They also made sure all concrete residue was gone before they left the job. They also have really good prices in my opinion!
They came out and replace the old patio with the new patio looks great :-) thank you so much for such a beautiful patio.
I tried to get in touch with them because I was waiting and waiting and would be going out of town so did not want them just showing up. I accepted an estimate over two months ago and have heard nothing except from a receptionist or someone like that who said it had been passed on and I would be contacted shortly. Better approve it right away and get on the list right away and I suppose need a big enough job for them to actually come do it or you will be left hanging in limbo not knowing when the "APPROVED" bid will actually get done.

I was very happy with the work of Keen Decorative Concrete. They installed about 2500 sq/ft of concrete for me. Some was stamped concrete. Everything looks great. His crew did a phenomenal job and clean up afterwards. I am fairly picky but these guys are top notch. I will use them for all of my concrete work in the future. They show up when they say they are. Jeff recently did a 14x18 concrete pad for me in my backyard. Out of all the companies I called, he was the only to let me know that I could build a bigger pad than what I wanted originally (12x14) since there is a industry minimum for the area. Because of this I chose him and he was responsive and got the job done quick. Would recommend.

Jeff Keen & his crew did an absolutely fantastic job on our 15' × 20' stamped patio. He worked with me to find a size, style, and color that worked for my budget. He was communicative and professional throughout the entire process, and walked me through any questions and concerns I had (I had a lot of questions since I didn't know anything about concrete work, and he was very patient and informative). They did an amazing job creating my patio, stamped to look like flagstone. They removed the old patio which had weeds coming up in the cracked mortar, laid the forms, poured and stamped the new patio and then stained it. I recently had Keen Decorative Concrete install my driveway. The crew arrive at 7:30 a.m. and started went over with me on what I wanting done. Jeff and his crew did such a great job with our stamped and stained patio and driveway extension. Since the patio has been added, we spend so much time outside. We regret not doing it sooner. It’s like having a second living area! In addition to adding the patio, they also graded our backyard and added drains to correct the horrible grading job the builder did. A week after they put in the drains, it flooded in our neighborhood, and Jeff actually drove by our home to make sure the water was being directed to the street like it should. I think that really shows that he takes pride in his work, which is hard to find nowadays. Call Jeff for your concrete needs. You won’t regret it.

Jeff installed a broom finish concrete patio for my family. We were very reluctant to hire someone to do the job after we were ripped off by a previous contractor who did such a poor installation job that we had it removed. He gave us the best price out of 7 contractors. He installed within a few days and the craftsmanship and quality of work was excellent. His customer service was amazing and he checked in with us at every step of the process. Very impressed by his professionalism!
